In this appeal the Mother sought and obtained a stalking PPO as next friend for her son against his uncle.

On appeal by the Uncle the COA overturned the PPO finding that the Uncle’s actions did not constitute stalking and there was no evidence of the Son’s state of mine (which is a necessary element for stalking).
